The Reserves at Pilot Butte condominiums are in process of expanding with additional units and member amenities. 

deChase Miksis is managing the project and came to MC Smith Signs to help with an upcycle and refresh on their existing monument sign on Highway 20.

After a site visit and virtual meetings with the client project team members the design team at MC Smith Signs recommended custom fabricated aluminum pans to cover the old tired and faded sign face and create a fresh powder coated surface in the new color scheme. The first layer of the new logo was added with a premium vinyl overlay and “The Reserves at Pilot Butte” text was added in raised metal letters for a 3D finish. 

The wood  post and beams were sanded and recovered with a matching semi transparent stain to complement the new logo and colors. Site address was also updated with matching raised letters in the new font  The result is a new sign at a fraction of the cost of a new sign.
