Greenwood Avenue in Bend, Oregon is full of commercial opportunities.  All sorts of buildings – all sorts of businesses!  When a new property is purchased, a big decision needs to be made:  to fix up or not to fix up?  In this project for the First Church of Christ, Scientist (located at 1013 NE 10th Street) we see how big of a difference fixing up a monument sign can make.

First Church of Christ, Scientist was making major changes to their recently purchased building and sought to do the same to their existing monument sign.  The sign had seen a lot of sun, some general wear and tear, and needed new panels and bulbs.  It was important that the sign match the new styling of the remodeled building.  We worked with R&H Construction to ensure that the monument sign perfectly matched the building’s brand new trim paint

Townhouse Painters Bend did a fantastic job painting the frame of the monument sign.  We used a translucent blue vinyl for the Church’s signage on brand new lexan panels.  The blue really pops and complements the dark grey paint – especially at night with fully functioning lighting.
