This week our shop is working with NovaSource Power Services, a business in the solar industry.  They specialize in off-grid and utility-scale renewable energy.  They’ve been in the business for 20 years and have locations all over the US, including Prineville, Oregon.  Large solar panel fields and remote locations require transport by car, so it makes sense they have a substantial vehicle fleet.  And where there are business trucks there are usually business decals!

MC Smith signs partnered with the marketing agency Merrygood to make NovaSource’s branding come to life.  We were responsible for printing and shipping 174 decals for 87 vehicles to 14 different locations.

We know that these decals will be subjected to their fair share of sun so we selected a premium quality, air-release Avery vehicle grade vinyl.  This vinyl produces a crisp print with rich saturation -- perfect for NovaSource’s vibrant brand colors.  To protect the prints, we laminated the media with an optically clear, UV-resistant overlam.  Each decal gets cut by our Roland plotter.  A shop technician carefully removes unnecessary elements from the decals and then masks each unit with application tape.  The final step is to collate, carefully package, and ship the decals to their various locations.
